    Went to get some hot beverages for my sons football team... the lady at the register did not want to give me extra cups to share the drinks... finally she gave me 4 more to make a total of 6 cups... there were 11 kids on the team, what am I supposed to do with 6 cups, make them share?!
    Finally after much conversing she reluctantly gave me enough cups for all the kids... wow like pulling teeth!

    Won't stop there anymore.

    This store is by far the worst Starbucks in all of Spokane. The partners are extremely rude, and do not at all convey a customer experience. I went in to get a refill, and was told the rules of refills on a rude and snobbish tone. So I paid for another beverage and when I received it, it was made incorrectly. The partner taking orders was not present for the transaction, and I do not recommend visiting.
